What's Your Catalyst?

Today’s breakthrough question: What's your catalyst?

Have you had times when you knew you needed to do better, but just didn’t have it in you to deal with it? I remember when I was going through menopause, and having a hard time with my moodiness. I felt so tired and overwhelmed. A friend asked me, “Have you tried finding a book that help?” I was like, “I don’t even have the energy to do that.” So, she did the research for me and sent me a reading suggestion. As I looked at the listing for that book on Amazon, it suggested another book which turned out to be a game changer for me: “Female Brain Gone Insane.” Ha! That described me exactly. “Female Brain” led me to some natural remedies for my symptoms that were effective and got me to a better place.

Sometimes you need a catalyst to get you to a place where you can improve. I was reading today on Facebook about a friend who found a catalyst. She said, “Feeling more focused, happier, moods balanced and full of life allowed me to really open my eyes and see all the bad habits I had gotten into and all the things that weren't making me better. I had to have the mental clarity to find a way out of the stuck.”

There are all kinds of catalysts, but I’m telling you from experience, coaching is a great catalyst for you to gain mental clarity and find a way out of the stuck. And there ARE ways out!!! It's so easy to resign yourself and give up. But I'm encouraging you to keep trying. It's just a case of finding the right log to move, and the whole logjam will start to break free.

So today's breakthrough assignment is to write a list of 3-5 things that might help you gain momentum. Plan a way to work on at least one of them.

I hope you'll try coaching. It’s the joy of my life to see my clients have breakthroughs and become all that they are. They’re so cool and amazing! Schedule a free talk with me, and see how there’s hope for your personal logjam.
